Stiffpac® is a series of envelopes reinforced with cardboard. Closing the envelope: a self-adhesive envelope with a strip. For sending correspondence that requires protection against bending and damaging the corners. Secures the corners of cards, photos, and brochures. Perfect for sending contracts and other documents. Made of paper, it does not require additional protection with tapes and foils before shipment. Quick and easy to pack, put content in, and seal it. Economical due to a low price and cheap shipping, because it is recognized as a flat envelope
Your Stiffpac® with overprint
Also, available with the customer’s overprint, in many formats and printing technologies! With a small 1-2 color or CMYK overprint on the front part of the envelope for orders up to 4 500 pieces. For orders of 5 000 pieces and more, even on the entire surface of 1-4 PANTONE or CMYK colors, or/and optionally on the cardboard back of the envelope. White cardboard on request or gray as standard.
RIGID ENVELOPE WITH OR WITHOUT A WINDOW
As a standard, the envelope does not have a window. For the orders of 5 000 and more, we will produce an envelope with a window. With standard or personalized window, with placement selected by Ecobag Network or other option at your request!

For the quantity of 50-4,500 pcs, we print on previously produced standard envelopes from our warehouse. Our Customers usually choose more than one format. Choose white or brown paper and the format of envelopes and write to us:
Types of prints to choose from
The printing technology is selected based on the sent graphic files or based on the Customer’s suggestions. For this quantity, we can produce for You:
1+0 PRINTING (FLEXO or SCREEN PRINTING methods, for screen printing also white, gold and silver)
one-sided printing of one selected color (available for the quantity of 50-4.500 pcs),
we advise: one-color, one-sided printing is cheaper and more often performed;
2+0 PRINTING (SCREEN PRINTING method, also white, gold and silver)
two-color printing, one-sided (available for quantity 50-4.500 pcs);
CMYK+0 PRINTING (DIGITAL technology)
one-sided multicolor printing (available for quantity 50-4.500 pcs),
we advise: DIGITAL print is not CMYK offset print quality. DIGITAL cannot be printed to the edge;
we advise: We choose the colors based on the files sent or indicated by the customer. One-color printing is the cheapest and the most frequently chosen one. The printing area for orders of quantities from 50 to 5.000 items is predefined for each format for technological reasons, there is also no possibility of printing to the edge on finished products (printing to the edge is available for larger quantities).
Stiffpac® stiffened envelopes are made of smooth white offset and brown recyclin paper, the paper gsm depends on the size of the envelope.

Product packaging information:
- We pack Stiffpac® in brown boxes, closed with paper tape,
- On each of the box we stick the label with information about product,
- Informations abot the quantities in 1 box and on 1 full pallet, You can find: under the each of paper bag on www, in PDF catalogs or in Excel pricelist.
Stiffening, on the back of the envelope is made of gray 450 gsm cardboard:
Stiffpac is an eco-friendly and easy-to-pack envelope for shipping photos, documents, contracts, official letters and small flat items.
- Preparing Stiffpac for shipping is limited to packaging the product and closing the envelope! A rigid envelope with a cardboard back does not require the use of additional adhesive tapes or foil wrapping. It is convenient, fast and sufficient, and at the same time environmentally friendly.
- If you do not pack too thick subject in the envelope, you will pay for its shipment as for a regular flat envelope!
- closed with the popular HK strap. You peel off the white silicone strip and close the flap, you gently press it down and the flap sticks to the envelope, closing it permanently.
What files You should provided:
- GRAPHIC FILES FOR QUOTATION: You can send a description of the print and attach a logo, or send the project, or send a ready file in print quality.
- GRAPHIC FILES FOR PRINTING: files ready for printing, or materials. In curves or bitmaps at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. (You do not understand, or have any questions? Write to us, we will advise).
