Ecobag Network at the Education and Career Development Academy in Zbąszynek
On March 18, 2026, we had the pleasure of representing Ecobag Network – Poland’s largest paper bag manufacturer at the Education and Career Guidance Academy held at the High School in Zbąszynek. The event provided an excellent opportunity to meet graduating students and discuss career opportunities within a modern manufacturing company.
Together with other exhibitors, we presented our company and introduced students to what it is like to work at Ecobag Network. As Ecobag Network – Poland’s largest paper bag manufacturer, we showcased the day-to-day operations of a modern production facility. We prepared informational materials and small promotional gifts, but most importantly, we were happy to answer questions about our business, the paper bag manufacturing process, and the career opportunities available within our company.
Our presentation also attracted significant interest. We explained how environmentally friendly paper bags are produced and what it is like to work for one of the most advanced companies in Poland’s paper packaging industry. Participants learned about our production processes, the technologies we use, and the professional development opportunities offered by Ecobag Network – Poland’s largest paper bag manufacturer.
Events like this are incredibly valuable to us. They allow us not only to present our company and its values but also to build direct relationships with future professionals, better understand their expectations, and inspire them to make informed decisions about their career paths. We believe that modern manufacturing offers young people excellent opportunities for growth, continuous learning, and long-term career development.
We would like to thank the organizers for their invitation and all the participants for the engaging conversations, interest, and the enjoyable time we spent together. We hope that, for many students, this was their first opportunity to meet Ecobag Network – Poland’s largest paper bag manufacturer, but certainly not their last.
