Types of prints to choose from

The prints on the bags are made on the individual order of the customer from the ready PDF files. You can also use our graphic studio that will expertly advise and improve projects. It is possible to print on the entire outer area of Premium bags. This means: one-sided or two-sided printing (the same price), on the sides and on the bottom of the bag (bag bottom – usualny we print a bar code).

1+0 / 1+1 PRINTING (the OFFSET method on a paper sheets)
one-color Pantone printing, one or two-sides (available for quantities from 300 pcs and above),
it’s good to know: one-color printing is cheaper and most often done;

APLA PRINTING (the OFFSET method on a paper sheets)
print on the entire outer area of the bag, on which texts and logos are in the color of the paper (available for quantities from 300 pcs and above),

1+0 / 1+1 / 2+0 / 2+2 / 3+0 / 3+3 / 4+0 / 4+4 PRINTING (the OFFSET method on a paper sheets)
printing from 1 to 4 selected Pantone colors, single-sided or two-sided (available for quantities from 300 pcs and above),

CMYK PRINTING (the OFFSET method on a paper sheets)
is the CMYK multicolor printing 1-100% of surface, one or two-sided (available for quantities from 300 pcs and above),

What does a die-cut handle look like?

It is an opening cut into the upper part of the bag.
It has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners.

How is a die-cut handle made?

The production process of a die-cut handle includes several stages:

Printing – carried out on an offset printing machine (CMYK), sheet-fed
Laminating – if the order includes lamination, after printing the sheets are coated on one side with laminate (plastic film)
Die-cutting – a die is used to cut the bag shape and handles from the sheet
Folding and manual gluing of the bag – assembling and gluing the bag

Premium: ECO or Laminated?

Premium eco bag

Offset printing, 1-4 Pantone colors, offset paper – white matte paper. Usually 1-2 Pantone colors are printed on offset bags. Premium ecological bags look exclusively, they are 25% cheaper than laminated Premium bags, and at the same time environmentally friendly! You will get a colorful bag by printing the selected color / colors. We select weights based on the bag format: small bags 120gsm, medium bags 150gsm, and large 170-200 gsm,

Premium laminated bag

Offset printing, CMYK and 1-4 Pantone colors, with lamination – white glossy paper coated with laminate. Lamination is the process of sticking on pre-printed plastic film. We offer laminates:

– glossy lamination (glitter effect, in photos and in intense artificial light the print may be partially invisible due to the reflection of light from the flash laminate).

– matt lamination

We advise: Lamination makes recycling impossible! Laminated bags should be discarded into a mixed waste container after use. Then they will end up in a waste incineration plant or landfill where plastic penetrates into groundwater. The largest suppliers of laminates used in printing are working on biodegradable laminates, but this solution is still not available on te market.

What files You should provided:

GRAPHIC FILES FOR QUOTATION: You can send a description of the print and attach a logo, or send the project, or send a ready file in print quality.
GRAPHIC FILES FOR PRINTING: files ready for printing, or materials. In curves or bitmaps at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. (You do not understand, or have any questions? Write to us, we will advise).
